Transplant Tour organiser Dennis Carver has been a Wokingham resident since it was a small market town and after a long career in the cleaning industry decided to start organising long distance charity bike rides.
The photo above was taken on the 2003 Rome (Coliseum) to the Dome (St Paul's) ride.
In 2023 Dennis has organised the Transplant Tour in aid of UK charity Give a Kidney and is looking for up to 30 riders to join the 500 mile ride from Edinburgh to Oxford via 7 regional organ transplant hospitals.
